Printed note signed by him with an autographed handwritten note by the composer signed by him on October 12, 1944. Size is 7. 25 x 10. 4 inches, some mat burning marks, central fold, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a small half tone unsigned photograph of the composer (probably a clip from a magazine or book). Size is 2. 75 x 3.
