A matching set of Heer Infantry Reserve Hauptmann shoulder boards, each constructed of a grey wool base with a rigid card stock core, trimmed with white piping, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with gilded aluminum numerals 302 (Infanterie Reserve Regiment 302) situated within dual gilded pips, each retaining pebbled buttons, both unmarked and measuring 36
